Order confirmed before noon: it leaves the same day. After noon: the next business day. You get a tracking number by email and WhatsApp.
Zones covered
In Senegal, delivery is handled by our own service and paid on handover of the parcel (cash or Wave). Internationally, FedEx shipment, duties and taxes prepaid.
Returning a piece
A WhatsApp message or an email with your order reference, within fourteen days of receipt.
The unworn piece, in its original box, with the certificate tucked into the parcel.
Depending on your zone, our courier collects the parcel or you drop it at the pickup point given in our reply.
Within five business days of receipt and inspection, to the original payment method, or store credit, your choice.
Fourteen days from receipt, unworn piece, in its box. Return shipping at your expense, unless we made a mistake. Refund within five business days to the original payment method, or store credit if you prefer.
