In Senegal, on delivery: cash or Wave handed to the courier, nothing charged before the parcel is handed over. Elsewhere, by card at checkout via Stripe. No card data passes through our servers.
In Senegal, prices are in CFA francs, VAT (18%) included. Internationally, import duties and taxes are prepaid: there is nothing to pay on delivery.
You get an email at each stage. For FedEx shipments, the tracking number goes out with the parcel. You can also check your order status lower down on this page, with your reference and email.
Keep it dry, wipe it after wearing and store it away from air. Never water or cleaning products. The full guide is on the “Jewellery care” page.
No, we have no workshop. For ring size, measure your finger with the size guide before ordering, or write to us: we confirm before shipping.
You have fourteen days from receipt. The piece must be unworn, in its box, with the certificate. Tell us by email or WhatsApp with your order reference; everything is detailed on the “Shipping & returns” page.
