These terms are written in plain language and describe our commitments. They are not a substitute for legal advice: depending on your country, the law may grant you additional rights. A review by a lawyer in your country is recommended.

Orders delivered outside Senegal are prepared and shipped from our facility in Blythewood, South Carolina (United States).

Orders delivered within Senegal are prepared and handed over by us.
Any order placed on queenmarcasite.com. In case of contradiction, the order confirmation sent by email prevails over this text.
The order is firm once it is recorded. As long as the parcel hasn't been handed to the carrier or courier, you can cancel it free of charge with a simple email.
The price shown is the price of the piece. Shipping is added at checkout, by destination and by the method chosen.
Prices shown in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is added before you confirm payment.
Other countries
Prices shown in CFA francs, Senegalese VAT (18%) included.
Prices shown in the local currency. Customs duties and import taxes are prepaid: nothing to pay on delivery.
By card at the time of the order, through our provider Stripe. No card data passes through our servers or is kept by us.

On delivery, in cash or by Wave. Nothing is charged before the parcel is handed over.
The stock shown is real. If a piece sells at the exact moment your order comes in, that order is cancelled and refunded in full within forty-eight hours.
You have fourteen days from receipt to tell us of a return, by email or WhatsApp, with your order reference. The piece must be unworn, in its original box, with the certificate. Refund within five business days of receipt and inspection, to the original payment method or as store credit, your choice. This fourteen-day window is our own commitment; depending on your country, the law may grant you more.
Send the piece back, at your expense, to our address in Blythewood, South Carolina, confirmed by email. Return shipping is not refunded, except for a faulty piece.
Other countries
Depending on your zone, our courier collects the parcel or you drop it at the pickup point we give you. Return shipping is at your expense, except for a faulty piece.
Every piece is checked before shipping and photographed as it is. If it reaches you damaged or different from its listing, tell us within fourteen days: exchange or refund, return shipping included. Impacts, losses and third-party repairs after receipt are not covered. This commitment adds to the rights your country's law grants you as a consumer, in Senegal as in the United States.

Orders delivered outside Senegal are governed by the law of the State of South Carolina (United States), where Bamba African Market LLC is established, without depriving you of the mandatory protections your place of residence guarantees.
